Villas, houses, townhouses, bungalows, apartments and penthouses with a published price are counted. Plots, garages and commercial premises are left out because they distort the comparison.
The median per square metre divides each price by the built area stated in the listing. A row or a figure is only published with 4 or more homes behind it; the Homes column is the sample size of each row.
Data as of 7 November 2026. The figures recalculate automatically whenever the portfolio updates, with a cache of one hour at most.
